2021 FOREST RIVER RIVERSTONE RESERVE 3850RK fifth wheel

This is an incredible fifth wheel that is as close to living in a real home as possible on the road. It is like new, the layout is similar to apartment style with designated areas for your kitchen, living room, home office, dining, and master bedroom.

The kitchen has a four-burner stove, large oven, residential French door refrigerator, microwave, double sink, plenty of storage, and a garbage unit in the corner of the countertop. The kitchen is in the back of the RV, looking over the living area.

The living area has theatre recliners, a sofa sleeper, an entertainment center including a 65" TV, surround sound JBL system and fireplace. The desk is incredibly useful with plenty of workspace and drawer storage. My wife and I both worked from home full time and the workspace in the RV was second to none when compared to others we looked at. Next to the desk is the dining table and chairs.

The fifth wheel has an incredibly useful and well sized bathroom. Double sink vanity, rectangle shower with porcelain toilet. Ample storage cabinets and drawers. The shower has an electric water heater as well as a propane water heater.

The bedroom has a king bed with nightstands are on both sides of the bed with 2 plugs and 2 USB outlets. The closet and dresser provide ample space for full time living. Above the dresser is a TV and beside the dresser is a reading window seat with storage underneath. In the closet is a washer and dryer, solar panel control, and a King WiFi max router and omni directional wifi antenna/extender There is additional storage underneath the bed.

Other amenities include a central vacuum, 190-watt rooftop solar, heated holding tanks, Bluetooth surround sound in the living room, plus an exterior 39" TV. We are also willing to add our Power Watchdog surge protector and ultra RV water filter system with virus guard to the fifth wheel if interested.

We are looking to sell to any interested parties and would be willing to drive it anywhere in a 250 mile radius of Oklahoma or Dallas.
