I purchased this camper brand new in February 2023. It is in perfect condition! Everything is in working order. Oven has been used once, dishwasher has never been used. Awnings have spent no time out in the sun. Tires are practically new. The couches have never been folded out. All three AC units work great and will all run at the same time on a 50amp service. The electric heat pump, furnace and fire place all work perfectly. Water heater is tankless. I did purchase the extended warranty for around 6k that will transfer to the purchaser.
