This is a well maintained part RV. We have been using it to haul our CanAm X3 Max around. We have made several upgrades.

This is a 50amp RV.
We added a second AC unit, 13.5kw Dometic.
Both AC units are controlled with the Bluetooth/WiFi thermostat from Easy Touch. One controls the front AC and furnance and the second controls the rear AC unit.
Added a heat pad to the Black and Gray water tanks and two to the fresh water tank. Wired them to a switch (for each).
Added the furion side and rear cameras so you can see any or all of the cameras from the 7" color screen.
New battery as of July 2023.
The roof has been 100% sealed. We removed all dicor and then put down new. then covered it all with Eternabond. Also went around all roof pentrations, like the TV antennae, vents, etc.
Replace all three vents with the remote controlled MaxxAir vents.
Replaced the refrigerator with a residential fridge.
It has the Onan 5500 generator with about 150 hours on it.
Replaced the stock radio with a much nicer furion unit. This thing jams.
