Runs and drives great and I wouldn't be selling it if it weren't for the fact that we just don't use it enough to keep. This rig needs to go to a family or grandparents with grandkids out enjoying the road since there's tons of sleeping and comfort. And when the bunk beds aren't occupied they can be used as amazing storage space. Just add a towed Jeep or other vehicle to the back with the premium Air Force One braking system and down the road you go. Blue Ox Alpha 2 tow bar available to complete the setup for additional $750.

The 300HP Cummins turbo diesel engine paired with the Allison 6 speed transmission has only 48,000 miles and makes this rig much more responsive than you'd think and a pleasure to drive even up those steep mountain grades. The engine braking makes coming down those mountains a lot less scary than a gas engine motorhome. Air horns get the attention of anyone around that needs it - a real nice to have feature in some traffic situations.

Cummins Onan 6000 diesel generator only has 389 hours and runs like a champ and will keep both A/C's blowing cold.

Clean emissions test just completed so it's ready to go.

Issues:
- Bad year for dinette upholstery which has peeled - have a quote for $700 to repair from local upholstery shop which we will include in deal.
- Small peeling on front bumper (possibly just clear bra since fiberglass looks ok)
- Some warping in compartment
