Gentlly used and in immaculate condition. I purchased from original owner who lived in it for a year while building their home. I live in AZ for 8 months so only lived in it for two summers. It is currently winterized and in storage. Has residential microwave, 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, 3 burner range with glass top, pantry, lots of space to store pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Skylights in the kitchen and bath. HDTV with fireplace below. I currently have a double mattress but it will accomadate up to a king. Double entry bath. Never used on the road so has less than 100 miles.
