This RV has a Platinum Warranty, transferable at buyer's cost of $100, good until November 2025. The warranty covers a wide range of systems and appliances inside and outside the RV. The RV is in great condition, has been driven long distances without incident.

We have fitted the RV with a large bathroom cabinet, a small round table between the captain’s chairs and a luxurious memory foam king size mattress (items not standard to this model). We have also upgraded to heavy duty slide motors and a 50ft electrical cable plug in at RV parks. The unit has new front tires (less than 1000 miles of wear), in addition to the generator and unit being newly serviced to renew warranty. The RV also has a satellite dish for its three tvs and internet. This RV currently has 26,464 miles and the generator has a total of 650 hours. Current MSRP on the make and model for this year is $108K.

We are the 2nd owners of this RV, purchased in 2020. There is an outstanding bank loan we would need to pay off in order to transfer title.
