2021 Alliance Valor 40v13 in good condition. This has been an outstanding unit for us. The only reason we are selling it is because we no longer need an RV this big for our intended use.
It has:

Onan 5500 generator with less than 150 hrs
3 Coleman Mach air conditioners
13ft garage with half bath
3 television - 40in Samsung smart tv in garage and 50in LG smart TV in living room
king-sized pillow top bed up front
queen-sized pillow top bed in the garage
50ft Camco heated hose & 50ft normal hose
60ft of Rhino sewer hoses
X-chocks wheel braces
Ring security system with all door sensors and  front & rear door cameras
Starlink router & satellite can convey (but will require you to buy a monthly service plan for use)
All accessories that we have will convey a full-price purchase of this unit. Wheel bearings were serviced this year. Items to note:
2 spots are peeling on the couch
1 side of the recliner couch doesn't work
Lights in big slide out don't work
Lights in bedroom slide out don't work
The box awning was removed from the back end
The TV was removed from master bedroom
normal wear and tear/scuffs are present
Everything else works as it should. No money is owed on this unit, and it is priced for a quick sale. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Thanks for looking.
