RV was purchased from a young couple that never used it while building a new house in Alabama. We were able to obtain a brand new unit, minus a couple backyard camping trips. Moved it to Florida where it was used 6 months while waiting to build. Everything works perfectly. It looks just like a park model with the following exceptiuons. It is missing the livingroom tv (RV tv's are awful )and was replaced but we are taking it with us, and the dining chairs are missing. We bought 2 brand new ones to replace the four. There is a scratch type mark on the wall of the hallway leading to bathroom.
