This Trailer has been well maintained and has one year old Goodyear tires. The bathroom had a leak that damaged the floor. The leak has been sealed and the entire bathroom floor was ripped out and rebuilt with new subfloor, insulation and durable waterproof vinyl tiles. A new toilet was also installed.

All appliances and system work perfectly.

There is no awning cloth, but the awning hardware is in place.

Low usage – for the last 12 years, the trailer has been used 3 weeks out of each year and traveled 1100 miles per trip. When not in use, it has been stored covered in the back yard (with the tires removed and stored inside) Don’t discount this one on its age, you won’t be let down!
