This unit is being sold AS IS. Price negotiable and reflects the value if repaired only. It has a soft floor in a couple spots. Aside from the soft floor all the appliances work properly, the roof is in good shape and the layout is fantastic. It would be great for a hunting camp or seasonal set up with have the two designated bedrooms, outdoor kitchen area and a large living space. Plenty of well selected power options on this unit. There is also a used hitch available for this unit if interested it's being sold separately for $300 obo.
