Upgrades include oversized(38x80) triple rear bunkhouse, dinette w/ chairs rather than benches, pull out sofa bed(full) in livingroom, standup master bedroom w/queen bed that includes separate private toilet and oversized standup shower, convenient and powerful central vac, plentiful pantry and overhead storage in kitchen/livingroom area along w/ large wardrobe in bunkhouse are some of the great interior features of this RV.

METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED

Other upgrades include:
*Gas/Electric indoor refrigerator which is another upgrade from the standard 12V fridge.
*A/C is upgraded as well with 15,000BTU rather than standard 13,500BTU which is centrally located acheiving optimum cool air flow always--no problems keeping camper cold!
*10 gallon water heater(both gas and electric) that was more than sufficient for multiple showers w/o running out of hot water--another upgrade from the standard 6 gallon.

Outside features include outdoor shower, abundant storage w/ multiple access doors in front as well as additional storage area in rear accessible via indoor bunkhouse. Front automatic jacks w/ rear manual stablilizing jacks. Manual awning that spans approximately 16-18 feet may need to be replaced. Aluminum frame w/ fiberglass siding. Some decals are weathered. New fenderskins. Easy to winterize w/ easy access to bypass for antifreeze plus water heater bypass. 30 amp service.

THIS RV HAS NEVER NEEDED TO BE SERVICED. WE HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED WITH THE INTEGRITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP WITH THIS RV!
