It is time to sell our 2017 Prime Time Crusader 337QBH Fifth Wheel. We have had so many great times as a family traveling around Colorado. We have purchased a permanent spot on Lake McConaughy and have to say goodbye to this great RV. It is in good condition and has been well cared for. Many upgrades including a second air conditioner in the master and upgraded Max Air fans. New Dometic air conditioner only used for 1 season. Tires are 2 years old and low mileage. It is 37.75 foot fifth wheel. Has 60 gallon water tank, 70 gallon gray tank and 35 gallon black tank. Two 14.2 gallon propane tanks. Includes TV with DVD player. Backup camera is included. This unit sleeps 8. Interior is in excellent condition and no stains or tears in furniture. All appliances are in working order. There is some peeling of the top coat on the cap but the rest of the exterior is in good contition. We are meticulous in cleaning out the black tank after every use which we all know is so important.
