RV Description

Perfect for a couple/small family wanting to full-time and winter in the mountains.

The time has come to sell our beloved 2006 Daymon Daybreak motorhome! In 2016, my wife and I purchased this RV after the tragic loss of both of her parents. We realized that we needed to live differently while we still could, so we sold nearly everything we owned and started traveling the country full-time while working remotely. It was a grand and glorious adventure, traveling all over TX, NM, AZ, CA, OR, WA, UT, CO, NV, LA, GA, TN, and more. We purchased the RV from a loving couple who were aging and decided it was time to hang up the keys. After 7 years of adventure our time has also come to pass this coach along. As full-timers, we've kept exceptionally good care of this RV. After all it was our home! Annual chassis checkups, regular chassis and generator oil changes, roof inspections, etc. We have the receipts upon request. She was very good to us, and we were good to her and want to pass her to another loving home. On 11/15/23, oil was just changed and mechanic inspected all major systems (fluids, belts, hoses, brakes). There are ~755 hours on the generator. Since buying the RV we've replaced many key items and made improvements such as:

-Brand new house batteries replaced 2/15/2024.
-Replaced carpet with vinyl "wood" flooring - ENORMOUS upgrade over carpet - so much easier to clean (2017)
-New refrigerator (2017)
-New front and rear AC units (2017, 2018)
-New/upgraded couch with pullout bed - comfier, better aesthetics (2018)
-"Brain" of leveling system (2020)
-Suburban Nautilus endless water heater (WOW makes a difference) (2021)
-Custom, professionally built full RV skirt for wintering (we've wintered twice in the CO mountains and stayed plenty warm)
-Paint and decor to brighten the interior
-Custom curtains, added backsplashes, wallpaper
-New awning was replaced in 2017 by previous owner, still in good condition
-New Goodyear tires purchased in 2017 and they have ~15k miles on them. We diligently covered the tires whenever we were stationary, even just for a week, to protect them from the elements.

Included with the sale:

-The aforementioned winter skirt ($3500)
-RVi gen 2 braking system ($1100) fully transferable to your new toad
-All water, sewer, and propane hoses (including hookups to external propane tank)
-High-quality heated hose for extreme winter camping
-Leveling blocks
-New spare fresh water pump still in box for dry camping ($130)
-Tire covers
