The roof has been resealed, new AC (2022), new water pump. The microwave does not work. There is some minor cosmetic damage on the front right side from a previous owner and the tongue jack motor needs fixed but should be an easy fix for someone who knows what they're doing (it can be operated with a 10mm socket). Price has been reduced in consideration of these issues.
