Entertainment center includes an upgraded 40” Samsung 4k smart TV, DVD/CD player with surround sound system, Winegard Auto Seek TV Satellite system, TV antenna, desk plus plenty of storage cabinets. Windows are Solar Safety Glass with day/night shades. Lighting with dimmers and a ceiling fan/light.
Kitchen and Dining Area: Features a double sink, microwave, 8 cu. ft. electric/propane refrigerator/freezer (recently replaced), three-burner stove top range with oven and a thermostat controlled Fantastic Vent. The dining area has an extendable dining table with four chairs and wood grain vinyl plank floor.
