2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36H Bunkhouse - 1 1/2 Bath

We have owned this RV most of it's life and have maintained it very well. Selling due to health. Currently has 25,673 mi. Always used Amsoil in both Ford F53 V10 and the Onan QG5500 generator with auto start. Seals checked and maintained regurlarly, no leaks, everything works as it should. New tires 5/22 (date codes Dec 2021), new batteries 3/23. Slide toppers replaced recently. The vinyl is in very good condition - not flaking as so often found on RVs of this age. It has always been stored with AC running to keep moisture out. Tires coverd at all times. The only issue is slight fogging of the front side dual pane windows. Has not bothered us but can be easily repaired for around $400 per window.

The bunkhouse with 1 1/2 bath is great for families. Sleep up to 8 with queen size bed in the master bedroom, two bunks, and both the dinette and sofa fold out into beds. Washer / dryer combo unit makes it truly self sufficient.

The dual ducted AC units cool it nicely. One of them is a heatpump, which can do a good job of heating without burning propane. There is also a fireplace to help take the chill off on those cool evenings. For really cold weather there are two propane furnaces.

Kitchen includes full size residential fridge with ice maker, convection / microwave oven, lots of storage. 4 TVs, Blueray DVD player and surround sound. Both front captains chairs swivel to face rear with a removeable table.

Lots of basement storage with 2 of the bays being passthrough for long items. Very well suited to full time living.

The Holiday Rambler is made by Fleetwood (REV) and is the sister unit to the Bounder.
