This coach is in very good condition for a 2017 model We spent approximately $ 8,000 in repairs in last two years : New dual 6 volt deep charge Interstate coach batteries, new battery cables, new step motor & step linkage, new macerator pump, external cabinet locks repaired or replaced, generator oil change service. Ford service has been kept up to date at Rush Ford, Centennial, Co. New catalytic converter original equipment with theft prevention cable cage installed at Rush Ford. .
Coach has never been smoked in, no pets, no children; only my wife and I have used motorhome, thoroughly cleaning it after each trip.
We purchased it directly from Phoenix USA in Elkart, Indiana at the full retail price.
We have had no wrecks, only a minor scratch which was repaired, small 5-6 inch dent; color change segments of dash--cosmetic only.
Stored under roof for most years. Selling for age and health reasons. We love unit especially the comfortable twin beds, reliable E 450 Ford gas engine with tow haul feature which is great for the mountains. We towed our Honda CRV cross country many times with no difficulty.
Shower and cook top have never been used, microwave has worked well for us for meals Refrigerator, freezer excellent cooling on propane or electrical.
This coach has abundant storage space: beautiful solid hard wood cabinets above beds and couch, pantry with pull out drawers next to refrigerator, double door closet with mirrors, towel cabinet, utensil drawers and cabinets in kitchen. Cabinets for maps, brochures, CDs and manuals up front.
Mileage is approximately 44,500. The cruise control, and dash functions have all worked well.
For TV we have used the cable connections and DVD player but I have never needed the roof top antenna. The front and rear TVs both work well as does the sound system.
The small rear view camera, original equipment, has never worked well consistently so we have used large side mirrors for backing up with no problem.

Coach is out of warranty but all known mechanical problems have been repaired at Transwest Truck and RV and it is being sold " as is " with no warranty provided by seller.
