Tires 2 yrs old, new battery never used, electric brake, one piece alum roof, alloy wheels, outside shower, inside/outside propane stoves, crank down "sand" feet optimal for beach camping, canopy included, AC and furnace(16K BTU) work great, propane system in good working order, 6-gal water heater, 1.9cu ft 3-way fridge, deep bowl sink, 3-burner stove(inside), 20 gal freshwater tank, wardrobe hanger, king size beds each end, fold-down dining table, mattresses/cushions in excellent condition, canvass/exterior shell have never leaked, outside add-a-room included with camper and other "extras", privacy curtains throughout, some exterior rust on black metal frame but I will sand/paint with flat black paint prior to sale (Note: included pictures were taken prior to this posting and do not reflect frame surface rust paint treatment). Safety towing chain has rust but fully functional, has emergency breakaway brake stop wire, spare tire never used and has a protective cover (Note: cover removed for photos but available), propane tank is full and also has a cover (also removed for photos but available).
