I have owned it since 2022. I was told that, before I bought it, it had been kept in indoor storage in Texas. Since I have owned it, it has been in indoor storage at National Indoor RV Center when not on the road. I have all maintenance records since I purchased it and some from before. It come with the "briefcase" owners manual with schematics of the wiring and instructions for all components.

I love it and wouldn't be selling except the wife has decided RVing makes her nervous.
