Immaculate Tracer 24 DBS is like new, including a brand new hitch. We have only made about 7-8 trips, all within Ventura County. If you have looked into this particular coach beforer, you may already know it's features, so let us tell you what we love about it and why it may be right for you.

• Towable with our Toyota Tacoma SRD Sport (people are surprised to see this is possible)
• Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and outlets
• Bunk house perfect for kids, adults or storage. Windows in each
• Private master bedroom with mirrored closets and easy to access from both sides. Also has a mount for an additional TV. Queen bed is very comfy
• Big stainless steel kitchen sink with slotted cover to provide additional counter space while allowing liquids to go through to sink
• Awesome A/C and heater
• Spacious bathroom with large shower and skylight.
• Lots of storage space throughout with tall "pantry" style door for dry goods, etc.
• Great views from dinette (convertible into a bed of course)
• Bright and airy color scheme
• Sturdy fold out steps vs. undercrriage pull out stairs
• Nice pull-down blackout shades
• Nice size flatscreen TV and built in Furion sound system with outdoor speakers. We will also include the DVD player.
• USB Ports
• Did we mention the size of the shower!
• Built by Forest River, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffet's company. (We trust any business he is invested in)

• Dinette cushions tend to slip out. This can be remedied with velcro tape but we just never go around to doing it
• Water heater can be noisy when it's running, especially outside. Fortunately it's quick and efficient.
