Roomy and comfy camper that allows both family and friends to enjoy time together. The fireplace puts out enough heat that you can stay in shorts when it's snowing outside. There is plenty of storage throughout, with large drawers under the kitchenette, 2 closets and shelfs in the bedroom, storage under the couch, plus 2 outoodr storage areas and a very large pantry. You can hook a TV up both inside and outside under the power awning. There are speakers on the outside to enjoy your music while by the camp fire. Two of our favorite things are the outdoor shower and the second door. The second door allows you and guests to use the bathroom without tracking dirt and mud through the whole unit. Oven never used. We utilized the outdoor kitchen instead. We have only used the camper three times but have great memories. We just do not have the time we thought we did to enjoy it like we want. In full disclosure, the refrigerator was fixed under warranty after purchasing.
Included will be the towing hitch with sway bar, 2 full propane tanks, wheel chocks, stabilizer pads, water supply hose with reducer, 30amp.electrical surge protector with power supply, black tank drain hose (if wanted) outdoor grass for patio area, as well as various tools and necessities.
