Final Notes:
1). Minor cosmetic damage to the rear aluminum skirt from a tire blowout - skirting bent back into shape but damage still slightly visible on skirting
2). Rear arm slightly twisted due to us leaving it open and a surprise storm - operates just fine but the back arm sticks out 1/2 inch farther than the front when closed
