RV Description
We are selling our 2017 Keystone Bullet Premier 19FBPR. My wife and I are sad to see this go but our kids are bigger now, so it's time to upgrade to something with more room. The memories we've created with this camper are priceless and we recently returned from an amazing trip cross country. The main components in the rig are completely functional and it has performed well in the cold weather and the heat. Whether boondocking or with full hookups, we have always been comfortable. The fridge, freezer, water heater, sinks, shower, and furnace all work perfectly. Before our last trip, we spent $1,000 on Matrix D-Load tires, a significant upgrade over the stock C-Load tires and allow trailering at higher speeds with more stability. We also have two spare tires and always carry a second spare tire when we travel out of state. Both roof vents are covered with Maxx-Air vent covers, which allow the vents to stay open and allow the trailer to stay ventilated and helps to prevent any moisture build-up. We are also including the E2 Hitch with stabilizer bars, which is rated at 8000 pounds, so trailering when fully loaded allows for smooth towing and significantly less sway (a $425 extra).
The roof has never leaked but I recently re-sealed all of the caulking with RV sealant tape to prepare for winter. We have never used the microwave or oven because we always cook outside but they both work. The awning also works perfectly and has always been covered with a four-part plastic cover that fits over it when it is fully retracted. There have been a couple minor repairs made recently which include reinforcing a closet shelf, installing a new toilet valve and gasket, and re-securing part of the rain gutter. There is a small section of black vinyl on the rear exterior that is delaminated but it has not peeled away. We just spent $750 to have the exterior professionally waxed and detailed, so most of the fiberglass looks almost new. Whether you are a newbie or seasoned camping veteran, this camper will meet all of your needs. The dry weight is 4786 pounds and they say this rig is "half-ton towable" but I suggest pulling this with a diesel truck, unless you are only going to be traveling on mostly flat roads. A gas truck would probably struggle pulling this fully loaded up a steep grade. If you are new to camping, I am happy to show you how to operate everything so your first trip will be stress free. We have the pink slip and are not in a hurry to sell, so please NO LOW BALL OFFERS.
