Outstandingly beautiful full paint 2018 Jayco Precept 36T with only 10,600 miles and she is more like 38f,16ft wide with all slides out and 13ft tall we call her the Beast lol. she can sleep up to 8.We still have a extended warranty that is transferrable and good until 2026 is worth $3500 just added security incase something goes wrong so far everythings been great.The hot water heater is brand new and we added a combo washer/dryer in the master bedroom area,we also installed brighter over head lights in the master bath and upgraded the bunk bed mattresses to 8in wide premium mattresses for better comfort. This coach has 5 TV,S, 1 in the living area with the televater coming up from the counter,2 in the bunk area,1 in the main bedroom and finally the one outside in the entertainment center. She has 2 awnings 1 directly above the entrance door and the massive awning that covers the whole length of the coach where most of your grilling and entertaining is! She is great inside with privacy blinds ands screens behind those blinds so during the daytime you can raise the blinds and still have privacy when you lower the blinds,which I love because no one can see in! The microwave is also a convection oven which is nice if you what to bake something,also xtra large refrigerator.I love this coach it's so nice and bright in the interior with lots of storage for everthing you need to bring,from food to dishes,bedding,cleaning supplies,dry goods etc.When we were looking to buy ,the my go to was 2 full bathrooms and the width of the coach when your driving down the road like can you get to the bathroom and to a bed to take a nap and this Jayco model was the only one that hit both of those and the surprises were the color combination from the outside and then the inside nailed it!
