This travel trailer was only used 5 times with a total of less than 1,000 miles of travel since purchase in June of 2022.
Well kept with no damage.
We are selling as we have upgraded to a larger trailer that more fits our needs.
Trailer has a single axle leaf springs, Westlake GR857 ST235/75r/15 tires and matching bumper mounted spare.
Single 20 gal. propane tank, single lead acid battery and 2 5/16th hitch with Equalizer "R3" weight distribution hitch. There are 2 small storage areas - one on passenger side front and remaining on driver's rear side.
There is pre-wiring for a back-up camera, cable/antennae and exterior solar. Solar is provided on the roof at 165 watts with controller.
The awning has LED lighting with awning in or out.
Interior has large storage cabinets with ample storage throughout the interior areas.
An outdoor shower (hot/cold) is on the driver's side rea area.
A single "Coleman Mach" 13,500 BTU A/C is midships, with L shaped seating area, large storage drawers under part of the seating areas. Jack knife style seating converts to a "short queen".
2 burner propane stove (Suburban), propane or electric 8 cu. ft. fridge/freezer, High Pointe Micro/Convection oven and 20k BTU propane heater.
There are 2 bunk over bunk beds on the driver's side rear interior. Trailer has "LevelMatePro" installed in addition to being pre-wired for "Tire Linc" leveling system.
Mounted swivel TV and iRV radio command center with BT.
Bathroom with shower w/curtain, sink, porcelin foot flush toilet and storage present. Skylight over shower and small exhaust fan in bathroom.
Did well in crosswinds, headwinds, approaching or passing vehicles, etc.
Price is firm due to loan so no low balls please.
