Primary Bedroom: King sized bed with upgraded mattress purchased from Wayfair. Headboard was removed after pictures were taken. Stackable Splendide washer and dryer purchased in 2022.

Bathroom: Upgraded shower faucet

Clearsource Ultra - 3 stage water system purchased Feb. 2023 ($500) (new filters only used for two weeks)

Extended warranty is transferable (good until July 2025)
