We are selling our wonderful RV that we have lived in full time for nearly 4 years! We went to a class A, that's the only reason we are selling. This beautiful unit has lots of upgrades and extras!
It has 3 driver side slide outs, a bath and a half, bunk room and outdoor kitchen! The master bedroom has room for a queen mattress (mattress not included), storage under the bed, a fireplace with remote control, There are 5 total outlets in the master bedroom and 2 USB plug ins. The master bedroom also has its own ducted AC unit.
The main bathroom (accessible from master bedroom or livingroom) has a porcelain toilet, 1 outlet, medicine cabinet and under the sink storage. The fan is controlled by a switch on the wall.
The living room has a ducted AC with furnace, 2 recliners that heat, massage, and light up blue underneath, a fireplace with remote that the heat can be turned on or off and flame and rock light changing, a table/desk with extensions, a computer chair, a norcold refrigerator at runs on propane when traveling, coat closest, microwave, 3 propane burner stove top and oven, and a pantry.
The half bath has its own outside door, porcelain toilet, medicine cabinet, and under the sink storage. The fan is controlled by a switch on the wall.
The bunkhouse has a sofa and table, the sofa turns into a full sized bed (we used a full sides mattress on top of the sofa for our teen) and storage under the sofa, a full sized top bunk and a twin bottom with an upgraded Brooklyn bedding mattress. There are 2 drawers, under the bed door for storage, and closet. There is also a vent that opens or closes.
Bike rack included and can be stored the 'up position or removed. Power jack and stabilizers, 2 propane hooks by outdoor kitchen, TV, mini fridge, sink, and 2 burners in outdoor kitchen.

Extras and upgrades that are included:

• Both air conditioners have microair control panels so you can control the ACs with your phone and set notifications to your phone if it gets too hot or cold.
• Both toilets have quiet closing seats/lids.
• Oxygenic shower head
• 4 brand new Goodyear endurance tires put on in July at Discount tires and includes a lifetime tire warranty.
• Upgraded facuets in both bathrooms.
