2005 (2006)national trade winds 40c in Maui color scheme and trim. Interior has been updated with newer tv's, that support projection from your phone, a better sound bar and newer Sony head unit with apple carplay. Chassis a/c has been recently serviced and blows cold in the captains chair. The air conditioner/heat pump is basement mounted and easily serviceable from the passenger side of the rv, this eliminates any added height to the rv. The a/c converter was replaced a few years back. Batteries are in good condition. Shower valve and shower head are new. Hydraulic leveling system has been upgraded with gates 4g1 3200 psi single wire hydraulic hose and reusable fittings. Rv has service records since new as well as paperwork and manuals for all the appliances. The combo washer/dryer was only used by us to verify operation. Tires are in good condition and have plenty of tread life left. The rv was kept in indoor climate controlled storage 90% of its life. The RV runs and rides smoothly and is very forgiving around city streets and smaller campgrounds even when towing a trailer. Towing a trailer or vehicle we average 7.5-9 mpg and the 150 gallon diesel tank with dual fill ports has a range well over 1000 miles. The generator has 528 hours on the meter and is extremely fuel efficient and never fails to start even after a whole season in storage. This motor home needs very little except for some personal touches from the next owner, we're not hard up for money and are only letting this go to make room in our shop. Like any older vehicle this rv isn't without its flaws, one of which is the tank level meters. The meter are not accurate and read full on the fresh, grey and holding tank even when near empty, the previous owners could never get that issue cleared up with the dealership and it's never been an issue for us. The 50 amp service reel, the extend/ retract function does not work and never bothered us enough to want to replace it.When we updated the tv's we removed the rats nest of coaxial cables and switch boxes that didn't work.
