Even though we (myself, wife and our 6yo) have lived in this unit for the last year, it shows like new. He towed it from NC to Ohio and back 1 time, decided it was beyond his and his truck's comfort zone, then stored it inside his metal building for 1 year before we bought it. For the last year and 3 months since we purchased the camper, it has been parked and used as our residence (we just bought a house so we no longer need the RV). Less than 1,100 miles on this camper. While parked, the Goodyear Endurance tires sat on curved tire rests to prevent flat spots and dry rot.
