RV Description
This unit is in great condition. It has been very well cared for and has been professionally cleaned. This trailer is just over 26' long from tip to tip and has a dry weight of just under 6800 lbs. That makes it towable by most half ton trucks. With the slideout, it has a tremendous amount of interior space.The floorplan features a huge rear window and a sofa that converts to a bed and a dinette in the slide that also converts to a bed. The swivel rocking chair also included is in the pic. The dinette is across from the kitchen. The bedroom has a brand new queen mattress still in the wrapper that came with our new trailer. Has 2 propane tanks. The blinds are in good shape, they have two degrees of privacy (see in pic). Ceiling fan. Non smoking. Back window has no blind. This trailer size allowed us to camp anywhere without worry that it won't fit.
Everything Works! The fridge is cold and the heater gets hot. The AC and water heater works great. I've never used the TV. The awning is 1 year old, professionally installed (I have the receipt). The roof was resealed 3 years ago. BRAND NEW TIRES purchased 8/2023 at Les Schwab. Upgraded kitchen light. The sofa is also included (not in pics). We swap it out for the swivel rocking chair. This is a really nice trailer. Has a heavy duty hitch on the back that we installed to haul e-bikes. Only selling because we bought a new one. No trades. Cash only. Open for a professional inspection (at your expense) locally.
