We are the second owners and have had it for over 10 years. Roof has an all new rubber coating put on this year I paid over $4,000. New Batteries this spring. 30 gal propane tanks with propane genarator.Brand new recliner chair used One weekend. We have a extra freezer we use to keep Ice and food in that works great. We were not planing on selling it, but bought a newer one from older couple with health problems.
