We bought this to accommodate our grandkids while camping together. It is a beautiful coach and has served us well but our grandkids have outgrown the bunks. We sold our Beaver diesel pusher to get this and are going back to a bigger model without bunks. This has several upgrades from most 35j models. First it has 22.5 Alcoa dura-bright rims with Goodyear Marathon tires that look great bought 3 years ago still look great no cracks in sidewalls. It has 3 fold out entry steps (not 2) and has 50 amp service. It was professionally waxed 2 months ago. I put in 3 brand new batteries 2 weeks ago before our last trip at 1000.00. (I have the receipt). I have added a small safe inside for valuables. We took a cross country trip last year with some cash so I added the safe. It runs beautiful and everything works as it should. It also comes with a king bird motorhome cover. Tow rating is 5000 lbs and we towed our Ford Edge cross country with no issues. The generator has 500 hours and is an Onan 5500. The bunk beds each have an individual dvd player but my kids never used them so not sure they work. It has automatic or manual leveling jacks. The registration is good till march of 2024. This model has a KING bed in the master bedroom. California Registration just paid good till 03/26/2025
