This Van has been through California, Utah, Texas and Tennessee. We used it primarily in our home state of Texas for dozens of local camping trips and weekend getaways. Great day vehicle to the beach! Just park in the sand, and set up and relax! Post manufacturing, the van has received some tasteful upgrades to further embrace the wild flexibility of this vehicle. Several interior tie down points for securing camping gear, heavy duty carpeted lined shelves, every camping essential from fully equipped tool bags, first aid and recovery. It not only serves as an incredible camper, it also carries 4x8’ lumber, appliances and equipment for weekend DIY. Truly a multipurpose vehicle. We love the van life because it parks anywhere a normal car or truck can park. We often rent cheaper campsites without utilities because the van has everything you need onboard.

We have camped with zero issues in freezing 10 degree Fahrenheit snow and 100 degree Fahrenheit Texas summers.
The van handles exceptionally well on the road. It doesn’t blow around in high winds due to the lower roof, it cruises at 80mph without white knuckles on the steering wheel. It genuinely drives just like a pickup truck. The van is completely up to date on all maintenance and was meticulously kept by its only owner. Water tanks were always purged after a camping trip, the interior was always kept clean and free from dust and dirt.

Running hot/cold water, Air conditioning, Heater, Fridge, 2 Burner Stove, Toilet, power for laptops and electronics, everything you could possibly need to go off grid for days at a time!

What truly is magnificent about this build is that all major systems are mounted under the chassis, which frees up significant interior space! The builder of this van is a genius!
This Modvan is turnkey ready for your next camping adventure. It has no hardware or equipment issues. Our family is growing from 4 to 5, we are looking for a little more room now that our family is getting larger!
