NEW LOW PRICE ! ! ! This RV is definitely in better than average condition, and even BETTER than new in some ways. New set of tires installed on 2/13/2024, so it's road ready. Note that the dinette shown in the floor plan is not correct. This particular example of the 299RLDS model has a table and 4 chairs, and is otherwise well represented by the floor plan and other photos. Note that this RV has the standard central A/C unit plus a dealer installed 15K BTU A/C unit in the bedroom. This unit doesn’t have an odometer, but I’m certain that it has less than 4,000 highway miles on it because I purchased it new. The last 4 years of its life has been spent parked at either an RV resort or an RV setup on private property. Recent repairs and improvements include the following:

• Replaced leaky skylight and interior trim, spring of 2023;
• New kitchen island butcher block counter top with new sink and faucet, spring of 2023;
• New faux leather theater seating, summer of 2023;

The living area entertainment center has a “Summit” 48” diagonal flat screen TV with an added ROKU device, and includes a Sanyo DVD player and a Jensen CD player/sound system with 4 interior speakers and 2 outside speakers. The BR has an “Element” 18” diagonal flat screen TV with an added ROKU device. There is also an outside coax jack next to an AC outlet both positioned close to the entryway for outside TV viewing. Two features not otherwise mentioned include: a central vacuum system located in the kitchen island; and an outside shower located just to the rear of the outside kitchen slide. The entryway stairs, the tongue tripod/stabilizer, and the PVC waste water manifold are all included with the purchase of this RV. A complete set of the manufacturer's owner manuals is also included. An "Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch” may or may not be included with the purchase of the RV depending on the offers being tendered.
