This camper has been professionally winterized and de-winterized each year. Appliances are checked each year prior to use for the season. Roof and slides are checked for any issues and properly maintained. New tires in 2022. We are the 2nd owners. This camper has only been at a seasonal site since we owned it and has only been towed to and from the storage facility and RV dealer to the seasonal site. Each year this camper has been stored indoors for the winter. Camper has also been professionally washed and hand waxed each year along with being washed throughout the season by us. Camper roof has been ceramic coated in previous years.
