This 2016 Jayco Redhawk 31 XL Bunkhouse is in excellent condition (inside & out) and has been well maintained with very low miles. I am the second owner of this RV, it has a clean title, never been in an accident and all components work as normal. We recently resealed the roof, new coach battery and engine battery is less then two years old, all six tires have 80% tread left. New water pump was recently installed that is quiet and has great pressure, also just completed a fresh synthetic oil change to the V10 Triton E450 engine and the built in Cummins generator which only has 140 hours of use.

We just had the couch upholstry and dinette seating and trim reupholstered within the last six months and it is all like new and was done professsionally ($2,300).

This RV has never been used as a permanent living space and only used for camping. We have loved this RV but are looking to buy a different style of RV. Pet free and smoke free motorhome and smells fresh when you walk in.
