JUST REDUCED 8/27! New coach coming! Ready to go, no issues, no problems, no surprises. NEW COACH COMING! We are only selling to move up. No leaks / roof leaks and has never leaked no been repaired. Has all new seat covers everywhere from the factory, and a brand new in the box complete dinette from Tiffin along with a second brand new set of seat covers! Onan generator, one AC unit is brand new, about 840 hours or so on the generator that I meticulously maintain. All batteries are 1-2 years old and have warranty. Upgraded pillow top queen mattress. Real pillow top "air" mattress in the sofa sleeper. Tires are about 3 years old. windshield is less than a year old. Nice big holding tanks. 2 TV's. Split bath with separate room for toilet and a second bathroom sink. Central Vac system, 3-way refridgerator, LP & Electric coach, three burner gas stove, convection oven / microwave, auto leveling jacks, Onan 5500 generator, 50a cord, just had it professionally cleaned inside and out, there's a diamond shield on front that's got some black marks under it, the rear corners of the body have some scratches, there's some paint checking under the wiper blades. Other than that, this unit is REALLY nice and 100% ready to go across the country without worry. It's the best mid-size class A gas around with THREE slides: makes it big and open and bright. All windows have day shades and night shades. Room for and wired and plumbed for washer dryer. Exhaust system is new. This coach is a steal. If it had a higher towing capacity we would just keep it. But 5,000 isn't enough for us. Will consider delivery for a fee if paid in full first - that's how confident I am in the unit. BIG storage underneath coach - several pass-throughs. If you are looking for a great value in a mid-size coach with LOTS of room, you will not be sorry with this purchase. I promise. We certainly aren't.
