This RV is a V-10 Triton e450 that sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 queen in the back (memory foam mattress),1 king in the front (memory foam mattress), and table coverts to a full sized bed. One large dinette and closet pop-out/slide. The floor plan is setup with a wrap-around seating area to allow more seating and easier lounging as opposed to the more common “bench style” floor plan. Includes microwave, oven, large fridge(both electric and LP gas), two televisions, DVD/Blueray player for both TV’s, digital thermostat add on, smoke and CO2 detectors, large shower, porcelain toilet, water heater, fresh/gray/black water storage, 2 separate coach batteries and one engine battery that can be easily isolated so your never left stranded. Reliable generator that will fully power 100% of the coach including air conditioning. This is a great first coach as all systems have been maintained and are in good working order. Also electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are simple enough for most DIY owners to manage in a pinch. All the extras needed to take out camping on day 1 are included.

2 owners. I purchased this RV in 2018 and had it fully inspected. Replaced both main and pop-out awnings, generator serviced, coach batteries replaced, and roof inspected/resealed. This coach was previously stored outdoors and has some minor sun wear on the passenger side only. Since I’ve owned the RV it has always been stored indoors and kept in a ready condition for vacations of worry free pleasure. 

Maintenance since I’ve owned it have consisted only of oil changes (both engine and generator) and smogs checks as it’s mileage is so LOW.
