One owner. Like New. It’s 23 Feet & 10 Inches long in almost-new shape and has lots of add-ons. It has been stored in our side yard with overall covered and has never been stored in an offsite RV storage lot. The trailer is ready to take camping today! It’s been a great travel trailer. We have easily towed it with a half ton pickup. It has a dinette slide out on the side. Everything works as it should. It’s been gently used for just a few trips with my wife and I. (nonsmokers.)
