This Primetime Sanibel Wide-body is in great shape! I am the first owner. It has been well taken care of. All bugs have been worked out, and I was very persistent with the dealership and manufacturer to fix and replace any issues during the two year manufacturer warranty. It has only been on one 3,000 mile round trip. Aside from washing it myself, I have had it professionally washed and waxed annually since owning.
It is a front living room floor plan with a front glass windshield for more light and better outdoor views. 50” TV on motorized hideaway, electric heater/fireplace with 3 color adjustable LED flames. Bluetooth capable stereo system with interior/exterior speakers. Two pull-out sleeper sofas that are in great shape, no wear or tears. Awning, both AC units, and both thermostats were replaced summer 2022 under warranty. Unit comes with an extra spare tire, a 5th wheel tripod stabilizer, sewer hoses, hose supports, sewer attachments, and fresh water hose. New 12V battery installed in December 2023. Washing machine will come with the sale (no dryer included). Dining room chairs not included. No mattress included. There is a lien on the unit. I am selling to downsize to a smaller unit.
