RV Description
2004 Itasca Suncruiser 35u in good shape. Tires only a few years old - New awning on both sides - new rooftop a/c unit to go along with the basement unit - keeps it nice and cool even at the beach. We purchased the Motor Home in 2017 with 25,026 miles and have kept maintenance up to date since. Great motor home for traveling especially with family. We added a brand new rooftop unit (March 2023) to supplement the basement unit when in the really hot areas such as the beach in July. The a/c generated by the motor has never worked but we run the generator with the roof top unit when we travel. It actually uses less gas to run the genartor and keeps the motorhome nice and cool going down the road. A bit of water damage in wall by passenger window.otherwise in good shap - no plumbing or electrical issues - great motorhome to see if RVing is for you (and your family).
