Price includes like new RV cover and black or gray water wagon, (which I think was never used), and many additional things like winterizing fluid, etc. This is one of the best floor plans ever created in an RV as the bathroom has double entry from bedroom and living space as well as a roomy, efficient kitchen!Sleeping room for 6: one love seat with foldout bed, a double recliner, and the queen bed in the bedroom. There is a high res tv plus AM/FM cd/dvd player. Double door refrigerator, plus a separate mini fridge/freezer. Dual ducted AC with ceiling vents. For cooler weather camping, we installed an additional heater below the tv that adds a cozy flame ambiance. The dining table is fixed, includes 4 chairs - each with lift up seat storage. The kitchen has LOTS of counter space and storage. There is plenty of outside storage across the front of the trailer from either side of the trailer where tools, hoses, toys, etc can be easily reached. Includes: front & rear electric stabilizer jacks, gas/elec. water heater, microwave, outside shower, electric patio awning is in very good condition-(could use slight cleaning,) rear ladder, skylight above the large walk-in shower, spare tire and tire cover, twin propane tanks and all paperwork for the trailer including booklets for television, radio/cd player, electronic panel, etc. BONUS: Also included is an extremely comfortable foam mattress on the queen bed. All top deck openings were re-caulked last spring and water system is currently in winterized state. Windows & blinds work great. Full disclosure section: Outside speakers for the stero system did work great but now currently need trouble-shooting. Could use some buffing on the outside panels. We had a flat tire that took out a back side-panel that was replaced and also a panel/decal replacement was replaced after wind damage while at storage facility. Other than that flat tire, no road mishaps at all.
