2018 40FLB Vanleigh Beacon located in Key West Florida. Easily sleeps 6 adults. Purchased in the spring of 2022 as a part time residence. No longer need a second residence. Has 6 slide outs This unit was delivered to me 838 miles away and has sat on the lot and not been moved. 1 occupant, non smoker, no pets. 5 tires purchased late summer of 2022. Wheel covers included. On demand gas hot water heater, central vacuum system, full size fridge, upgraded countertops, 3 AC units with no issues, double vanity sink, washer and dryer work great, electric recliner/ massage chairs(2), just paid 1500.00 dollars for hand wash and wax, pest control has been done monthly, all digital display screens. Awnings extend and retract with no issues, slide outs extend and retract with no issues. The only wear that I'm aware of are the headrests on the recliner chairs, and a crack on the inside of the wood trim on the vanity. The black plastic trim piece on the drivers side wheel well was cracked from a flat tire during delivery
