RV is 2018, always kept in Garage. used by two seior adults, no pets, no smoking, no kids. several changes. professionally done. Removed couch and replaced with two Palister swivel recliners electric recline with moveable headrest and usb outlet. installed a stand for computers, ipad, phones. books etc. electric outlet underneath. Also removed dinette and replaced with custom cabinets, 15" deep, much additional storage. Table pulls out to accomodate mfour people. Added a vacuum system which makes clean uo easy. There are two identical Sony TVs and DVD players and a Bose sound system with bluetooth to play music from your phone or computer. There is high grade vinyl flooring throughout except on the slides. There are two slides, one fullside slide on the driver's side and a slideout for the bed. Bed is king sized with small night stand on either side.
The Kitchen has a double SS sink with covers, A full sized microwave/ convection oven and a three burner gas stove. There are seven large drawers and cabinet space for dishes and glasses. Behind the dining area are two pantry cabinets one with four drawers and the other has five.
The bathroom has a nice corner shower with a detachable showerhead a soap dispenser with three separate compartments and a towel bar. The medicine cabenit and aditional cabinet gives you plenty of storage.
The window all have daytime and night time shades. The windshield shades are elecric and operate from the dashboard. The night shade can be use while driving to block the sun it has a limit tostop it from coming too far down to block your view.
Exterior,
The coach has full body paint which is in excelant condition. There are eight large storage compartments as well as the utility areas. The front left houses a 25 gal propane tank. There are four deep cell Interstate batteries. The 5500 watt generator is on the right side toward the back. It was serviced six months ago, new oil filter and oil.
Tires are in good shape. plenty of wear left on them. Inatalled new brake pads front and back.
Tank capacities are fresh water 75 gal, grey water 60 gals, black water 40 gals, propane 25 gals, gasoline 80 gals.
