This is a very gently used travel trailer and is easy to maintain and setup/break down with no slides. Added front power tongue jack for convenience. Light to tow. Roof just resealed as preventative maintenence, (never leaked). I have 4 campers and need to downsize our fleet is the only reason I am selling it. Everything works as it should. I own 4 RV repair shops so we maintain/fix whatever needs done as required. Stabilizers are manual, (I use a cordless drill and quick connect socket for speed). Clean, non-smoker unit. It smells good on the interior and there are no stains. Ready to camp this weekend!
