Yes, we live in Wisconsin, but only drove our Coach ONE TIME that we got caught in a snow storm or any conditions that would have required the highway department to apply salt to the road. That was in 1999 when we drove back to the Philadelphia area to visit friends and family before Christmas. The morning we left Philly, there was a blizzard but we drove home on I-80 across the upper portion of PA. Trucks were jackknifed all over the place. I slowed down to 15-20 mph, and drove through the snow no problem. Our Coach is into winter storage before any freezing temperatures or snow arrives.

If you ever wanted to own a Prevost Coach but you couldn't afford the million $ price tag, this is the one for you! This 40' 1995 Royale LeMirage XL is in excellent condition and ready for its next adventure! It has been meticulously maintained inside and out. It has more coats of hand rubbed wax than I can count. Lou only uses Griot’s products. The coach itself has been professionally maintained either by the converter Royale, Peterbilt, Royale Phoenix or our local mechanic Jay, who has many years experience on heavy equipment. Jay will speak with you when you're here to see our Coach.

Several years ago we had the interior remodeled working with an Interior Designer. Newer amenities by Interior Designer include 3 lg flat screen HD tv's, 2 Blue Ray players, Winegard Satellite, 2 DirecTv receivers, new luxury upholstery by Crypton (impervious to liquids and odors) on both sofas & both drivers/front passenger recliner. New porcelain floor tile, wallpaper, pillows and the ceiling window treatment. New back up camera with GPS and stereo. Front windows and immediate front side windows have new roller shades with a sun filtering option or black out shades for sleeping. One large flat screen LED TV is in the front passenger side compartment for outdoor entertaining, one large TV in the living room and a smaller one in the rear bedroom. All interior lighting was upgraded to LED and are on dimmers. The air ride system levelers were replaced along with 6 new shocks and the drivers side window was replaced/installed in 2022, along with the roof being resealed. We have never had any roof leaks. Newer side by side Kitchen Aid refrigerator with ice maker and through the door water/ice. This coach has 2 roof top Air Conditioning units of which the one in the bedroom is rather new. They all work great. A double solid burner cooktop and convection microwave plus built in blender controls. The Corian dining table can pull out to seat 4 people. 2 matching folding chairs are stored in the front compartment. The Power Tech 17.5 kw diesel generator has new sound proofing in generator bay. We have 2 Xantrex Freedom 458 Series Inverters. We have 150' of 50 amp power cords. Aqua Hot Hydronic heating system works off of the diesel fuel. This water loop runs around the inside of the coach, and also runs through the engine, to keep it warm if traveling in the wintertime so it starts right up. If it's just a bit chilly you can turn on the electric heater along the floor in the bathroom beside the toilet. The bedroom has a turned Queen size bed elevated with 3 custom crates built underneath that include lighting and a fan system to keep the air circulated for your pets comfort.

The drivers side front compartment has a huge slide out drawer for ease of loading. Behind the front bumper is a compartment that carries a spare rim. We have taken great care of our Home away from Home. If something wasn't working right it was taken care of immediately.
