This King Aire has been taken care of the past three summers at the Spartan factory in Michigan. We gave the coach to Spartan and left it with them for over 30 days each summer. We have a place in Aztec RV Resort near Ft Lauderdale, FL. And we head north to our home in the Chicagoland area for the summer months. The coach has new tires and new coach batteries. The King size bed is a Sleep number with new chambers that are 3 years old. We have a Directv dish as well as a roof antenna and a cable hookup. There are three TV's and a spot for another TV in the dash area. There is a power washer that has inoinzed water to rinse the coach or a car. The coach has a push button dump system for the black and gray water system, never have to leave the coach to dump your used water. The two bathrooms have push button flushing. It has a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a Miele washer and dryer and a home type refrigator by Whirlpool with ice maker and water in the door. The awnings have wind sensors which is a great way to save the awnings from damage. The basement of the coach has a refrigerator and the slides are automatic with the push of a button. We have a touch up paint kit as well as sun shades for the windows and tires, these shades keep the heat out of the coach and save the tires from the sun, included is the wiper covers, the wipers are new only a year old and covers for the outside side mirrors. The coach has rain gutters which work great for the condensation from the AC units as well as the rain by the way there are three AC units. The engine compartment is easily reachable by a power cover that gives you plenty of room to check the engine. The two theatre seats (these theater seats are the good leather ones that haven't given us any trouble)give you a great view of the 48 inch SONY TV with surround sound. The bedroom has a 40 inch surround sound SONY TV. Taking a shower is a pleasure with great water pressure and a big shower with a fold out seat. The Silverleaf system runs the coach and all the modules have been updated. This coach comes with a in-house Dirt Devil vacuum system. Steering wheel tilts up to act like a table when in a site, wooden table included. The two front seats driver and passenger turn around to face the coach living space. Intelligent cruise control and a Big spot light on top of the coach for night time pulling in a site as well as docking lights.
