Bought this camper brand new from the dealer the year it came out. This jewel has been winterized for two years, and prior to that, we only camped in it about 8x which is the main reason we're selling. Just don't use it enough to warrant the maintenance. Its condition is good, I cannot honestly say excellent due to its age, but the interior and exterior canvas is clean and white. The exterior of the camper has been thoroughly cleaned.  The camper has many great years of camping left in it as long as the roof seams are maintained by its new owner. It would be BEST for an owner of this popups age that can keep it under shelter when not in use. It is camp ready as it sits. The dual propane tanks are full with a new double tank cover. AC and gas furnace work great. Heated mattresses make for a cozy night in even the coldest conditions. There are two mini fridges including one that is accessible from outside. Both are in great shape and will keep your food and beverages cold. There is exterior storage accessible with the camper closed completely down. Stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. Electric brakes. Toilet has only been used for number one and is easily maintained. Water heater has a new anode rod for whoever buys and de-winterizes it. As I was packing up the awning after taking pics of everything fully set up, the awning seam did tear a little. It will need a new one which is a shame as the awning itself is in splendid condition. I have taken $500 off to cover this expense. It literally just slides into a groove that holds it in place, two people could replace this in under 5 minutes. Pics will show the rest
