2021 Grand Design Reflection 28BH

Excellent Condition, One Owner, Non Smoker. Just installed brand new tires and full service on brakes, suspension etc.
Includes extended warranty. We purchased this 28BH specifically because of the natural light in the kitchen, storage, countertop space and it is the ideal size for a family of 4+ without getting to crazy long. We love this unit and will continue to love it until it sells to the next great family.

Meticulously maintained all around! Including roof protectant and hand waxed exterior. Lots of extras can come with the unit if you need it. Including the big ticket items such as backup camera and B & W hitch.
The kitchen has an amazing amount of countertop space. The 12 cu. ft. (propane or A/C) frig works great and has always been ice cold. The tri-fold sofa in the living room is for seating or extra sleeping capacity. Dining table, 2 chairs, and movable ottoman with extra storage. We removed the sofa prior to camping for extra space. It is not in the pictures, but we will include sofa with the sale.

Rear bunkhouse has 2 top bunks in an L shape, with a larger lower bunk.

There's a double entry bathroom with radius shower and on demand hot water. Queen bed with storage underneath, as well as storage cabinets overhead and in the slide. We had delaer install the 2nd A/C to ensure the entire rv stays nice and cool.

Outside there's pass through storage in the front, and had dealer install slide topers before we took it off the dealer lot.
