• The van has a new sink, 3.5 cubic ft refrigerator and a microwave installed.
• The sink is connected to two 5 gallon tanks; 1 for fresh water and the other for drainage.
• A white cabinet is also installed for clothes or other smaller items.
• A mosquito net is attached to the side entrance and the rear doors to let the user open the van up to fresh air without insect worries.
• A 110 volt receiver installed on the rear left side of the van for electrical connections.
• Curtains was installed between the driver and rear sections of the van as well as on the rear side windows for further privacy and comfort.
• Installed at the back of the van is a Queen sized bed in a fixed frame. Storage space underneath the bed.
• A celing ventilation unit was installed above the bed; the unit can either pull in or expel air. Also has LED lighting and can be used to provide lighting in the rear of the van.

The owner is retired and only used the van for short camping trips; no accidents in its history, excellent overall condition and well maintained. No damages in the interior or exterior.
